WHY VIETNAM

One of Asia’s most dynamic energy markets is moving from ambition to delivery.

VIETNAM AT THE CENTRE OF ASIA’S ENERGY EXPANSION

Asia’s energy demand is rising at unprecedented scale, intensifying the need for new supply, stronger infrastructure and sustained investment across the region.

As one of Asia’s most dynamic energy markets, Vietnam is advancing a substantial investment pipeline across LNG, power generation, transmission, renewables, energy storage and grid modernisation. Driven by the implementation of the Revised Power Development Plan VIII, more than US$136 billion in generation and transmission investment is required by 2030 to meet rising electricity demand and sustain economic growth.

The market is now firmly in execution mode. Projects are progressing, infrastructure is being delivered and capital deployment is accelerating, creating major opportunities for utilities, developers, investors, EPCs and technology providers across the energy value chain.
